Who can become a member of Rewarded Opinions?Anyone can join Rewarded Opinions providing they are over 16 years of age and resident in the UK. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes.
How does the reward system work?Your opinion is important to us and that's why we reward our members. Every survey or focus group you take earns you points.
100 points = £1 and with up to 500 points attached to each survey and up to 3,000 for each focus group, the money soon adds up! You start earning straight away with 50 points awarded just for registering.
When you reach 2,000 points, equal to £20, you can redeem them for cash. You can receive your cash by either cheque or PayPal.
Can I invite others to join?We will pay 75 points for a successful referral, once your friend has signed up please write to us using the Contact Us link detailing your friend's username and email address.
How do I change my personal details such as email address or address?Please login and navigate to the Account tab, use the Modify my details link at the bottom of the page to change any of your personal details, including your email address.
How do I unsubscribe?If you wish to unsubscribe from Rewarded Opinions and no longer receive survey invitations, you can click the 'Unsubscribe' link in any of our survey solicitations or use the unsubscribe link on the website.
Please claim any points eligible for redemption before you unsubscribe as when you unsubscribe your balance is returned to zero.
How do you protect my data?Here at Rewarded Opinions we take data protection very seriously, protection of member's personal data is a top priority for Rewarded Opinions. We aim to provide you with the highest level of online data protection. Before you agree to our Terms and Conditions we suggest you take time to read our Privacy Statement, which will help you understand how your personal information is handled.
Rewarded Opinions will never divulge your identifying information to third parties.
How do I contact Rewarded Opinions?You can contact us by creating an automatic email on the Contact Us page. Please use the drop down boxes to tell us what your query is regarding and this will help us direct it to the relevant person, speeding up the process to get you the answer you need. Please ensure you record your email address accurately as otherwise we may not be able to respond.
How do I redeem my points?When you reach 2,000 points, equal to £20, you can redeem them for cash. You can receive your cash by either cheque or PayPal, please use the link on the points page within your account to redeem.
I'm not receiving any survey invitations, is there a problem?Please ensure you have added info@email.rewarded-opinions.co.uk your Safe / Approved Senders list or to your email address book. If you receive no invitations for 3 weeks or more, please get in touch and we will investigate.
The survey link does not work, what should I do?Please try to copy and paste the text link into your browser address bar. If neither link works please use the link on the website to report the problem, be sure to include the project id found at the bottom of the email.
My redemption cheque has not arrived, how do I know when it was sent?Redemptions take up to 6 weeks to dispatch. We will send you an email the day we post the cheque so you know when to expect it. Always ensure your profile name and address is accurate otherwise your cheque may not reach you or you may not be able to bank it.
If it has been over 6 weeks or we have emailed you to say it is posted and you have not received it 1 week later, please get in touch using the Contact Us facility.
